Sue Racster Good day, I have had the pleasure of working in a great job that I enjoy each day. I see myself as the mortar in the Enterprise brickwork and get a buzz from the daily interaction of working with students and teachers. In another life, I was a lifeguard opening chlorine scented rooms for the public in a charming old building in Bournemouth. Often teased by stories of ghosts, I have become less gullible over the years, aided somewhat by my broadening experience with students. I am an ardent Manchester United fan and reminisce nightly on the treble season while watching video clips of last minute goals. When asked, ‘what makes me happy?’ I usually say, sitting around a dinner table with friends having a drink and sharing a laugh! I have a beautiful Dalmatian that I walk daily through the fields of Dorset. He reminds me of my colleagues, keen to get out and about, likes a bit of personal grooming and always on the look out for a biscuit.
