specifically within the Leisure, Tourism & Hospitality Industry. Pizza

involvement of their staff

Programme Overview

• Welcome by ESC staff & Pizza Hut
• Brief outline of Pizza Hut (company
viewpoint)
• Tour of Kitchen facility, storage,
refrigeration and stock rotation/management
• Hands on making of Pizza - in groups
students will be given the opportunity
to make and then eat their own Pizza
• Buffet lunch (Pizza & Salad Bar)
• Pizza Hut Quiz
• Q&A with Pizza Hut Management

Outcomes Students will have first-hand interaction and
