Learner Outcomes
Completion of the course requirements will merit the nationally recognised Welcome to Excellence Certificate and badge from the Southern Tourist Board. Welcome Host is now an accredited unit QCA 100/4122/4 of the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Leisure & Hospitality and Travel & Tourism and will contribute to the OCR Qualification in Customer Service. This programme will contribute to GCSE Travel & Tourism and Leisure & Hospitality.
